After a morning of visiting Monterey, Carmel, 17 Mile Drive, and
Pacific Beach, we drove into Fremont (San Francisco area) and picked up Angie's sister and family and drove out to
Yosemite. Actually we spent two days at Oakhurst, on the Southern side
of the park. Going into the Park the following day, this was our first view of Yosemite. It's a beautiful valley surrounded by huge granite
mountains which were smoothed by Glaciers.
